Struggling to keep your travel imagery organised? Thousands of images scattered across different platforms? Wasting time hunting for specific pictures? It’s time for a smarter way to manage your images.

That’s why we’ve given our AI image sourcing tool, ImsertTM, a major upgrade! Previously an additional tool within the Vamoos Storyboard, Imsert is now bigger and better than ever; a standalone image management platform with a dedicated portal. The days of endlessly searching for the perfect pictures are gone – welcome to the future of image organisation.

A one-stop-shop for your travel imagery

Imsert is an AI-assisted platform which gives you complete control over your travel imagery, by storing it in one central database. Perfect for travel companies, Imsert can be used to upload, download and organise imagery for itineraries, websites, social media posts – you name it! The possibilities are endless.

Set-up is effortless for existing clients, as Imsert is already connected to Vamoos. Plus, if you use WordPress, the handy plugin allows you to pull imagery straight from your Imsert library to your website in seconds. The best part? Due to its open API, Imsert can be connected seamlessly to any system!

Effortless image management

Imsert makes image uploads seamless with a handy drag-and-drop feature, allowing you to pull individual pictures, or folders of imagery, directly onto the platform. You can organise your image into dedicated folders, known as Collections, keeping everything right where you need it.

Built-in editing tools allow you to crop and resize images on the spot, ensuring every picture fits your requirements. Best of all, Imsert acts as a single source of truth – a central library where every member of your team can collectively manage and edit images.

Smarter tagging, faster searches

With an automatic tagging feature on hand, Imsert takes the hassle out of image management. Simply upload your images, and the AI assistant will instantly assign tags based on content and geolocation (coordinates included!), so your library is always organised and searchable. Want extra control? No problem! Add your own tags manually to curate your image library just the way you want it. When it’s time to locate a relevant image, Imsert’s advanced search filters make it seamless.

Search by date or location to locate the perfect picture in just a few clicks! That’s not all – Imsert learns from you! ‘Like’ or ‘dislike’ Imsert’s image suggestions to refine search results over time, ensuring they’re more and more relevant with every use. No more endless scrolling through folders or wasting hours hunting for that perfect shot. With Imsert, you’ll find the right imagery in seconds, freeing you up to focus on what really matters; creating exceptional journeys for your clients.

Generate stunning social media content in seconds

When it comes to creating engaging social media content, Imsert’s Post Generator does the heavy lifting for you. Simply enter a prompt, and watch as the AI assistant generates tailored posts for your LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X channels, complete with relevant images and custom captions. Your photos are even resized to fit the correct dimensions for each platform, so you don’t have to worry about formatting!

Every post is customisable, giving you the freedom to adjust the output to fit your needs. Cycle through the image suggestions or tweak the captions, keeping your content consistent and on-brand across all of your social media channels.

Questions and answers

What is Imsert?

Imsert is an AI-assisted digital asset management system designed to support businesses with large volumes of digital images. It is automatically connected to the Vamoos portal, helping operators to speed up the process of building itineraries.

How is it intended to be used?

Imsert is now a separate platform intended as a one-stop shop for businesses to manage and warehouse their imagery. Our research has demonstrated that many businesses store imagery in a variety of locations from personal devices, smartphones and cloud storage platforms. Imsert can improve your digital imagery management by acting as a single location to store all of your travel imagery.

Where can I access Imsert?

The new Imsert portal can be accessed via the Vamoos portal. Where you would normally search for images in Vamoos, you will now see a link “View on Imsert” under the Imsert tab.

What images are available in Imsert?

Imsert is a digital asset management system. It is not a pre-populated library of images. The images available in Imsert are both those that an operator has already populated into their Vamoos portal, and any new images added directly by the operator into the Imsert portal.

How do I delete Imsert?

You can choose never to access the Imsert portal. Any imagery you have added to the Vamoos portal will not be available to any other Vamoos account or client.

Does Imsert integrate with other reservation systems?

At this stage, Imsert is currently only integrated with two other systems: Vamoos and WordPress. The Vamoos integration is automatically applied. To access Imsert into WordPress, you will require the Imsert plug-in accessible in WordPress.

Does imagery uploaded to Imsert require meta data to generate automatic tagging and geolocation data?

No. Any image added to Imsert is automatically tagged with six tags. This tagging is not linked to pre-existing meta data, but rather is based on image recognition technology.

What does Imsert cost?

Existing Vamoos clients will have free access to Imsert until 1 December 2025. After this date, the cost to continue using Imsert will equal 10% of your Vamoos subscription pricing (excluding Custom App & Web Vamoos), unless you advise that you do not wish to take up this service. You can advise us at any time, in writing, prior to 15 November 2025.
